Works like a charm.No salt no nothing. Or, add slices of tomatoes to best revive the tomato antioxidants(not your stupid vitC or E, but the red pigment that is exclusive to tomatoes, and very red, very non sweet tomatoes at that). Wanna know why? 1. taste amazing--all the Chinese eat tomatoes and egg stir fry for life, although they add sugar most of the time and that's bad for the pigment。 2， egg has 10% fat, the red pigment is fat soluble. 3. egg and tomatoes match up very well due to complimentary nutrients.And, as always, from Amore' flamekiss series, u get 0% washing need, 1000% speed, 1000% taste, 0% overburn, 1000% perfect browning. U can let the egg sit there throughout, wait a few minute and done. Or, wait 2 minute and turn, 1 more minute, and done.

We have used this pan many times with both wood and plastic cooking utensils and so far the finish is still perfect. The colored exterior and the handle look untouched, in fact the frying pan looks like we just took it out of the packaging. We could not be more pleased with it. Excellent product.

I have used this pan a few times and it is great for keeping the eggs separated and cooks evenly. Also made pancakes and they come out perfect. No more trying to separate them from each other.I would definitely recommend this vendor and this pan. Can you make one with 4 wells instead of the 3.LOVE IT, buy it.
